We couldn't believe the crowd on Saturday at the baptism! I knew there would be quite a few people, but I didn't really expect as many as were there. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! And, THANKS to all who helped out in the kitchen afterwards. Even though it wasn't in the building I had planned, I think it worked out better this way, anyway. (In spite of the burnt meatballs!)
Here are just a few pictures of friends and lots of family that made it to the baptism on Saturday.
Now come the silly pictures --
This is the Spigarelli group: Aunt Patty and Craig, Steven and Tressa, and Adam and Becca(sp?) and all their kids. Thank you so much for being there!
And now the Jorgensens: Shelley, Lizzy, Jenny, Sara, Josh and Stacy, Morgan, and the myriad of cousins all in one place! Wow!
And the Pieps: Brent and Julie, Michael, Kristina, Teresa, Stacy and their crews. Thank you for being there.
More silliness -- For more pictures here, look at Madison's Facebook page. There are more funny ones to be seen there, too.

We tried to take a few pictures of the decadent sweet rolls as we made them. However, when it was all done, I was too tired to remember to take pictures of the finished product! They weren't perfect, but they did taste good! Anyway, the bottom was covered with the caramel sauce and then covered with pecans. (I didn't picture the pecans).
I used my pulla recipe for the dough, but any sweet roll dough would work. The filling was brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and a bit of ginger.
